My experience with Dr. Ashley Jansen was wonderful.
Checking out was a different story. The young lady at the check out window could not even take a moment to look up from the files in her lap to acknowledge or look at me when talking to me. To busy looking at files in lap. Thought that was very rude.

Dr. Bangash is a great specialist and everyone in the office is nice and welcoming. Well organized, minimal waiting time. Would definitely recommend!

I was very pleased Tigray masks were required and everyone was wearing a mask.
The reception process was seamless. My appointment was 11:45 and I arrived a few minutes early anticipating the need to complete paperwork. It was 11:45 when the MA called me and I saw the doctor shortly thereafter.
He explained everything in terms I could understand.
There were 2 minor things that could be improved. I completed paperwork that asked several questions that were also asked by the MA. I also didn’t understand what I should apply to the area with the exception of Vaseline. It would have been helpful if I was provided a handout or electronic source with the information.
