Kathy was very professional, but also friendly. I felt I received a complete exam and we discussed some issues and possible treatments for them. I was satisfied that I understood what needed to be done when the exam was complete.

They took me the same day I made the phone call they took me immediately when I came into the office I never felt so concerned and genuine respect as I did in that doctor's office Kathy was so sweet she explained things to me very gentle I can never say enough about how what a great experience I had and I would definitely recommend them again to anybody with any kind of a skin disease or problem

Chelsy is excellent and has such a wonderful manner to make you feel at ease when you visit the dermatologist office. I have been seeing her in the Elgin office over the years and it is always a professional and pleasant experience.

I have been to countless dermatologists and had given up on ever seeing any real improvement until I came here at age 43. I had severe acne vulgaris and it was affecting so much of my self esteem and personality. I felt like it was the first and only thing people noticed about me. After meeting with Jake and trying a new medication and wash regimen, within 2 months my face was clear. CLEAR! I never even thought this was possible. I cannot put into words how grateful I am to finally be free of the physical and emotional pain that came with such severe acne. It has truly changed my life.
