The staff is so friendly, as you walk into the office, they make you feel welcome and relieved of all anxiety.
Doctor Jacob is just as friendly and caring as the staff. Let's you know your concerns are valid and explains everything to where you understand. He takes the time to listen.

We see Kathy Guerra once a year at the Elgin location. Kathy is very thorough in her examination. She takes the time to ask questions about any concerns I may have which I appreciate. I also appreciate how the appointments are always on time with very little waiting.
