Both doctor and his assistant gave explanations of necessary procedures and how I could best take care of my skin. Responded to my questions and concerns without any condescension. Seemed genuinely concerned for my health and well being.

Staff is always friendly, once you get past your initial visit the follow up and treatment is a breeze.
PA-C Jacob has great bedside manner and easy to talk with.

I have come to Mohs surgery and dermatology twice and saw Jacob about some skin conditions. The experiences were excellent and he knew exactly what was going on. He shared knowledge about the best way of going about treating the skin condition and provided detailed explanations while being very patient.

Everything was awesome except for the rude receptionist. I have been to the office several time and have always been treated the best until today. She said I had to update all my paperwork because it had not been done in two years. I actually updated my paperwork just a few months ago. When I had question she shrugged it off as if she did not hear me.
